2. on CoEs: inquire at amkor and follow up with the fucking acn clearance team
3. on DOST Bond: inquire on the procedures of paying the bond (taena, DOST needs to update the DFA and NBI with the would-be changes pa pala)
4. on other agencies: secure affidavit and inquire the process of amending the birth date
